  • The customer may open the box to take measurements only, provided that installation is carried out exclusively by a company technician.
  • Conditions and Requirements for Instant Water Heater Installation:
  • 1- All plumbing work and faucet installation must be completed.
  • 2- A certified power cord matching the water heater's capacity must be provided.
  • 3- A certified automatic switch matching the water heater's capacity must be provided.
  • 4- There must be no water pipes in the installation location. Installation is the customer's responsibility.
  • 5- Water connections must be prepared by the customer, not the company.
  • 6- The water heater cannot be installed inside drywall to avoid damage to the drywall in case of leaks and to prevent the difficulty of maintenance and installation. Installation is the customer's responsibility.
  • 7- The water heater cannot be installed directly under a water source. It can be installed under the sink, away from the source of the leak.
  • 8- The water heater cannot be installed near a gas source (at least 100 cm between the water heater and the gas source). 9. The 21kW-24kW 3-phase water heater must not be connected to external power lines. Installation must be directly to the power source. If the product is installed to external power lines, the customer is responsible for the installation.
  • 10. The appliance must not be installed upside down. It must be installed vertically only.
